The purpose of this position is to work as part of the Customer, Growth and Innovation Team to design and deliver operational and strategic plans, formulating initiatives to deliver performance improvement across the portfolio.

This position provides dedicated project management support to manage projects within the business unit, to ensure project deliverables and outcomes are achieved.

This will be a **Full-Time** **Permanent **position commencing **as soon as possible **based in the **Sydney George Street **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop claims management procedures that support segment strategies.
- Work with the business to design and deliver operational projects to support improved results and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to support business wide strategies, share/discuss portfolio trends and risk and work on collaborative implementation of business wide projects and initiatives.
- Development of project documentation to support, monitor and assess project activity including but not limited to: Project Plan, Communication Plan, Resource Plan, Risk Identification and management plan, Budget Plan & L&D needs.
- Clarifying and managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 3+ years in management of projects
- Successful track record in achieving business objectives
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, telecomunnications or banking is highly desirable
- Strong experience initiating and driving projects is essential for this role
- Ability to manage expectations and engage with multiple stakeholders within the business
