Do you believe you have the skills, desire, and work ethic to work with members of the community by assisting them with day-to-day inquiries?
Join a fast-paced team in the western suburbs that is devoted to delivering high quality service to their members at all times. They are a reputable and diverse team that offer an inclusive and supportive environment. Training will be provided during the first 3 weeks and WFH equipment will be provided to ensure you are well equipped to succeed in the role. You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday. You must be able to attend training on site.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Promoting and maintaining exceptional customer service in all communications with customers on the phone
- Accurately deliver service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to the Key Performance Indicators required.
- Liaise with other departments while performing back office secretarial and administrative tasks
**To be successful you will have**:
- Previous experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer services
- Local government experience is desirable
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Proactive attitude to work and learning new systems
