**The Position**

An opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join a thriving and established company based in Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be responsible for administration support in a supportive team environment. You will be an integral member of a high-performing team.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Processing a high volume of customer payments including receipting and allocations;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts across a multi-site business;
- Investigating and managing the bank reconciliations reports;
- Customer account management and maintenance;
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customer by exercising empathy and understanding;
- Ad hoc transactional accounts receivable support as required for the function.

**Skills and Experience**:
In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to:

- Strong sense of ownership;
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships;
- Effective and adaptive communication skills;
