The organisation is experiencing significant change and high-volume workloads and is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their team in NSW.

**About the Role**
As People & Culture Advisor, you will provide first level accurate and responsive advisory services across the full range of generalist HR activities. Key accountabilities will include:

- Providing first line support to the organisation regarding policies, procedures, programs and employee life cycle activities.
- Providing sound interpretation and advice to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and frameworks, and industrial instruments.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partners in relation to employment relations matters.
- Assist with ad hoc facilitation of training and/or one:one coaching to support capability development of our managers about people practices.
- Support the People and Culture Team with the administration and coordination of the end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Ensures regular and relevant reporting on key people data and metrics.
- Coordinate P&C policy and procedure review processes and ensure policies, forms and systems are updated regularly to support currency and legislative compliance.

**About You**
An experienced HR Advisor, you will thrive in a busy environment and be adept at working in a high volume environment across a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.

You will have a solid understanding and interpretive knowledge of legislation, frameworks and industrial instruments governing employment in Australia.
