**About The Role**:
You will be part of a dynamic Communications and Engagement Unit, working as a**Communications and Engagement Advisor. See the Position Description for all the details

**Who We are Looking For**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in communications and stakeholder engagement who has:

- Degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in community and stakeholder engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of community engagement methodologies and significant experience developing and developing effective engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor channels and approaches to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong research capabilities, with ability to interpret and analyse a wide range of information and issues.
- Certification with the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing Tuesday 28th January 2025
- **Package**:From**$96,668 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary Full-Time 35 hours per week with option of 19-day month with flex-time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 12 months.
