**About The Role**:
As a vital member of the Communication & Engagement Unit, you will provide strategic advice and support to enhance stakeholder engagement and contribute to the overall success of our community-focused projects.

**Who We are Looking For**:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in community engagement and communications.
- Degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in community and stakeholder engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of community engagement methodologies and the ability to develop effective strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Certification with the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).

Join our Team and Grow with Us
- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing Monday 2nd December
- **Package**:$96,668 - $108,266 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary Full-Time 35 hours per week with option of 19-day month with flex-time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 12 months.
