**Role Overview**:
The Community Development Advisor will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that address the unique needs of disability and vulnerable communities. This role will require a proactive approach to community engagement, project management to ensure service provision meets the needs of our local community.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is committed to social justice and community empowerment.
- Tertiary qualification in community development, social work, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of issues affecting disability and vulnerable communities.
- Experienced in strategic planning.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated on Tuesday 5th November 2024.
- **Package**:$91,120 - $96,591 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Full-time working 35 hours per week, with the option of a 19 day month (flexi-time arrangement).
