As a Commercial Interior Designer here at Rashays, you will be tasked with developing and designing Restaurant floor plans and bringing them to life At Rashays the most important aspect is a well designed dining space for our customers, closely followed by a functional kitchen with a great layout which allows for day to day operations to run smoothly.

**As a Commercial Interior Designer you will be responsible for**:

- Planning the design, including placement of commercial kitchen equipment
- Working within a timely schedule to ensure completion of tasks all the way through to final stages
- Ensuring design functionality
- Conducting frequent site visits to provide feedback and recommendations to streamline design projects
- Keeping track and managing the project budgets to ensure that the design needs remain within budget requirements
- Clearly and concisely documenting and presenting design concepts to all stakeholders involved

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Experience working on commercial designs (e.g. Kitchens, Restaurants and Offices)
- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or equivalent
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to manage a multitude of projects
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with internal and external parties
- Experience with Revit or ArchiCAD or similar programs are essential
