Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through research, networking, and strategic cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional end-to-end customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and boost company revenue.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and market trend analyses to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling promotional materials/campaigns.
  • Represent ACE Sign at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to showcase our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales (signage, print, construction, or related fields preferred).
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Natural relationship-builder with a client-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of signage/wide-format printing industry (highly advantageous).
