Medical Receptionist

Rutherford Family Medical Practice is a privately owned, fully accredited Medical Practice that currently has a casual position available for an experienced professional medical receptionist to work on a casual basis with cover for sick/annual leave.

**Selection Criteria**
- Previous administration/reception work highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing high level of customer service
- Effective organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist patient with queries and appointments
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally
- Process patient billings and payments
- Administration duties as required

This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication skills & reliability.

Attention to detail and a positive can do attitude
- Working hours between 830am - 5pm week days only

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
