We are looking to hire a **Salesforce Implementation Lead **for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.

**Key responsibilities**
- Business partnering role - you will act as an SME in Salesforce
- Working and submitting budgets, work on roadmaps & seek endorsements from global (UK) on any solutions outside of the template
- Drive transformation and change within the business
- Support the business
- Translating business needs into user stories for the project delivery team
- Feeding into the agile practices of daily stand-up's, sprint planning and estimation sessions.
- Supporting the build and documentation of end-state implementation
- Development of customer care documentation, SOPs, training, and other post-launch document sets.
- Capturing business logic, decisions, and process flows to support all newly defined processes.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience in Salesforce
- Have a strong technical/functional understanding of Salesforce (You need to understand how the backend works)
- Have previous leadership experience (i.e., Lead, Manager or SME)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong vendor management experience
- Previous experience in global implementations or rollouts would be desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes with solution-based strategies
