The Opportunity
As our Client Experience Lead, you will lead the Guest Relations team and collaborate with the Facilities team to provide a premium experience for all staff and guests at our Head Office. Create a welcoming environment with a passion for hospitality, ensuring every encounter surprises and delights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Ensure all clients, both external guests and internal staff, feel welcome and special. Manage the Guest Relations inbox and switchboard, and coordinate with building management for seamless arrivals and departures.
- WHS: Maintain and inspect Guest Relations facilities (kitchen, café, terrace, wellness) for safety and cleanliness. Oversee RSA responsibilities and ensure team training and certification.
- Hospitality: Provide expert advice on food and beverage services. Liaise with vendors to ensure premium service from third parties and suppliers.
- Events & Activities: Oversee onsite events and activities, offering creative and cost-effective solutions.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate the Guest Relations team, support their development, conduct performance reviews, and manage rostering and administration.
- General: Ensure the team is well-presented and facilities are operational. Drive sustainability practices and represent Guest Relations in projects and initiatives.
About You
- Tertiary education, industry-related certificates, and RSA certification.
- 5+ years in hospitality leadership, managing premium corporate client floors.
- Expertise in food & beverage service, event management,
- Experience in budget/cost management.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
