The opportunity
- Lead growth in Sydney, where building strong service density and standing out in a dynamic market will be key to your success.
- Drive strategy across a multi-million-dollar portfolio, delivering both exceptional client outcomes and market expansion across SIL, Core, and SDA services.
- Act as a catalyst for change, bringing creativity and commercial discipline to shape how Nextt approaches Sydney, in close partnership with the National Partnerships Manager.
- Forge networks and partnerships with referrers, stakeholders, and community organisations, identifying opportunities beyond the traditional playbook.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower Client Experience Managers and their teams to deliver consistently high standards of care and client experience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Quality, Safeguards, People & Culture, and Business Development, with strong BD support and national leadership backing.
About you
- Proven track record as a senior leader in disability, health, or community services, with the resilience to thrive in competitive markets.
- Strategic and commercially astute, with a flair for creativity and fresh thinking to generate growth opportunities beyond the norm.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – agile, energetic, and able to balance commercial discipline with sector understanding.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in partnership to drive service density and sustainable expansion.
- Knowledgeable in NDIS, safeguarding, and quality frameworks, with a passion for client-centred care.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, allied health, disability, or business management.
