**Job Description**:
**Powered** **is responsible for the commercialisation of Nine’s content cross platform and creating and delivering partnerships for brands. Within Powered we have the following business units: Strategy + Insights, Effectiveness, Content Partnerships, Powered Studios, Powered Enterprise and Client Experience.
The **Client Experience team** supports the national sales team to deliver a best in market
experience for our commercial partners.
The **Client Experience Manager** is responsible for the tracking and delivery of client projects, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with Nine.
The work you do will contribute meaningfully to our ambition to become the partner of choice for Australian brands and deliver world class media and marketing solutions to them through our content and distribution platforms. Through a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs and goals you will ensure quality in execution. You will also be looking for ways to optimise a client’s experience to deliver valued and memorable customer interactions which deliver commercial outcomes.
**Day to day you will**:
- Work as an expert project manager to ensure you deliver a market leading experience to our clients. You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages
- Have a solid understanding of our client project objectives so each individual project is executed efficiently with great attention to detail. Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively
- Responsible for relevant client communications, to effectively manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships
- Deliver collateral to demonstrate the effects of partnerships throughout active periods of campaigns as well as looking for opportunities to surprise and delight partners

**Qualifications**:
You will work collaboratively across different divisions within our business from content
partnerships, through to creative and production to consistently deliver project outcomes that
meet and exceed client expectations.
**What we would like to see on your resume**:
- 2-4 years project management / implementation experience ideally in a media environment
- Understanding of the media/advertising landscape and creative process
- Some exposure to either brand and content integration, multiscreen solutions across television, digital, radio, social, licensing and/or events
- Outstanding project management skills with a relentless focus on quality output
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Proficient at Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets
