**About ARWA**:
The Australian Radioactive Waste Agency (ARWA) is leading the responsible management and safe storage and disposal of Australia’s radioactive waste. A key element of ARWA’s program is the delivery of the National Radioactive Waste Management Facility which will provide a purpose-built, engineered solution to manage radioactive waste from sources such as nuclear medicine production.

- Previous experience in similar Scheduler roles.
- A strong background in supporting project governance and reporting within large/complex environments.
- A strong understanding of various IT project management frameworks and project methodologies.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint and other business process tools.
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, in particular, demonstrated ability to provide sound advice and prepared written reports and briefings.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills that foster trust and cooperation, and a proven ability to work effectively and with integrity within a politically sensitive environment.
- An ability to work in a fluid environment, remaining flexible, agile and adaptable, supporting colleagues at short notice.
- Experience in supporting complex, multi-faceted schedules for large programs of work, including elements of change management.
- Previous experience in project management or familiarity with project management principles.
**Qualifications***:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, Project Management or related field qualifications or certifications or relevant experience in Microsoft Project Online, MS Project Scheduling and dashboard reporting such as Power BI or similar.
- Significant experience in similar Scheduler roles.
- Significant experience in managing project governance and reporting within large/complex environments.
- Strong understanding of various IT project management frameworks and project methodologies.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint and other business process tools.
