**3-Months Contract with potential extension**:

- **WFH/Based out of anywhere in Australia**

**Responsibilities**:
The Learning Support Consultant is responsible for managing all learning logistics for their allocated program/s utilising internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. This may include but not be limited to organising and coordinating:

- Facilitators and participants
- Course materials
- Transport
- Rooms and catering
- Recording of results
- Reporting
- In addition, the role needs to liaise with a number of key stakeholders including managers, vendors etc.

**Required skills include**:

- excellent planning and organising ability
- excellent customer service
- team player
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
- Software savvy and able to quickly come up to speed learning internal systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in logistics/coordination and managing events
- Previous experience with learning projects highly regarded
