**Duties**:

- Effectively meet and exceed adviser needs; building productive working relationships; take responsibility for adviser and customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve a high level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keep up with current developments and trends in area of expertise
- Interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization
- Create a good first impression, demonstrate confidence in the way work is delivered
- Actively participate as a team player to move the team toward the completion of goals
- Manage work - Effectively manage one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Energy - Consistently maintain high levels of activity or productivity; operate with vigor, effectiveness, and determination over extended periods of time
- Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives, achieve goals beyond what is expected and be proactive
- Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
- Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Communication - Clearly convey

**Experience required**:

- Managed fund industry
- Experience in platforms or contact centre background is essential
- An understanding of financial planning concepts is desirable but not essential
- Must have clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be eager to learn and be able to pick things up quickly
