An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced customer service staff member to join our remote working online team servicing our Kip McGrath clients. The role is a casual role starting with 8 hours per week:
Tuesday 4pm-8pm and Friday 3pm-7pm
- All shifts start and end an hour later during Australian non-daylight savings months
- Potential for additional hours and permanent work opportunities.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player, who wants to make difference in the lives of children, to join us at our wonderful team at Kip McGrath. This a remote work from home position.
Founded in 1976 in Australia, Kip McGrath has been helping primary and secondary school age children all over the world to improve their learning. With over 560 centres globally, we know what works. You will be part of the team supporting our Customer Engagement Manager in providing exemplary customer service to all clients, handling enquiries for existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, providing basic technical support for students in online lessons and providing administrative support to maintain and manage student records and financial accounts.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Competent keyboard / computing and systems skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Compassionate people person
- Experience in a service driven organisation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Contact centre experience highly regarded
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
- Hold a current WWCC -working with children check
- Laptop and headset to take calls
