Business Support Officer

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Provide a variety of administrative support services to the ELT member and Queensland Operations Division, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting papers, and actioning and monitoring post-meeting/engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit human resources (HR), finance, travel and facilities forms using various systems and update related records registers.
- Be the main point of contact for the TIQ Regional Network, providing support as required.
- Coordinate events logistics including venue hire, equipment, catering, and reception.
- Coordinate and process domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Monitor CRM data quality to ensure data currency and accuracy.
- Maintain local registers including leave and gifts and benefits for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare, review and co-ordinate correspondence related tasks, and other documents as required.
- Identify, develop, and implement business improvement initiatives and innovative processes to increase the effectiveness of your activities.
- Contribute to the delivery of team projects by providing support and assistance as required.
- Maintain an effective office records management system for documents including internal and external correspondence and computerised data.
- Establish and maintain document and records management practices in accordance with current management and retention policies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues, departmental and agency representatives, key stakeholders, and suppliers.
