**About the Role**
Industree Group are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for focusing on customer service, lead generation and providing pro-active follow up and support to our distribution partners.
This full-time role is based in our Berkeley Vale head office. The role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in sales, loves working within a team environment and thrives on delivering exceptional levels of service.
The successful applicant will demonstrate skills, abilities, and attributes to perform duties and activities independently including:
- Answering inbound sales calls.
- Developing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and introduction of self-generated outbound leads.
- Channelling qualified opportunities to the external sales team.
- Facilitating customer needs and requirements, processing quotation requests, expediting and processing orders.
- Maintaining CRM database and keeping field sales personnel updated with customer requirements.
- Providing support to the external sales teams and management.
- Promote and increase our product offering to customers.
**About You**
As an Internal Sales Representative you will play a fundamental role in supporting our key distributors, focused on providing an unrivalled customer experience.
To be successful in this role you must be comfortable working with Industree Group’s distributor partners with proven experience in sales and excellent customer relationship skills to build strong long-lasting relationships.
You will need to be proactive with exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday taking full responsibility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 2+ years’ experience in internal sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Experience in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry would be well regarded though not essential.
- Experience in NetSuite ERP preferred but not essential.
