**The Company**

In operation for over 10 years, my client is a privately owned commercial fitout and refurb head contractor located in the heart of the CBD. My client specialises in high quality interior projects across commercial, medical, retail, government, hospitality and education sectors. Projects range range from $0.5M - $10M and service a repeat client base.

**The Role**

Due to recent growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Tender Writer / Coordinator to join the team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

- Proofread methodologies and submissions for grammar and clarity
- Coordinate and write tender responses for government and private sector clients
- Analyse and receive tender invitations, save and distribute information to the estimating team
- Manage deadlines and communicate with client contacts and liaise with the team internally
- Collate and edit marketing collateral to ensure that content is relevant to tender submissions
- Work alongside senior management, project and estimating team to create visual presentations and collateral for post tender interviews

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in writing, coordinating and designing construction tender responses
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of the procurement process and construction drawings + methodologies
- IT literate; InDesign and Microsoft Suite highly preferred
- Highly self motivated, confident communicator and excellent client facing skills
