Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading player in the steel industry, dedicated to providing high-quality steel products to customers commercially and domestically. Their focus is on creating customers who remain loyal to our business while at the same time growing and supporting the growth of our customer’s ventures. Workforce Extensions Geelong are currently seeking a motivated and forward thinker to join the family in a customer service role.
Day shift role 8.30am-4.30pm
The day to day:
- Create sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive service provision;
- Accepting, processing and managing orders.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Meet and exceed the required business KRA’s.
- Follow company procedures to satisfy customer requirements.
- Use your knowledge and skill to promote and sell products.
About you:
- Experience with speaking and dealing with customers
- Can work under pressure and multi-task
- A forward thinker and not afraid of thinking outside of the box.
- Punctual and Reliable.
Full training on computer system and product will be provided.
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
