**The opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our **Customer Service team in Geelong** as a **Customer Service Supervisor.** Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Lysaght has manufacturing and distribution centres in numerous locations and in Geelong we service a large and active market by supplying a diverse range of quality building products that are highly valued by the construction/building sector. Our products include COLORBOND® steel roofing, wall cladding, rainwater goods, solutions such as fascia & gutter systems and home improvements such as fencing, carports and patios. We also have structural solutions that include purlins, BONDEK® & custom flashings.

**In this exciting and brand-new role,** **you will lead and manage a team of up to 4 Customer Service Representatives** and develop a highly capable customer service team, adding value by consistently servicing customer needs and expectations through self and direct reports. You will be the critical link in the relationship between our customers and the response of the business to address their needs. **Working Monday to Friday, this is a full-time permanent role with work hours from 9am to 5pm.**

**What Will You Do?**

Displaying high levels of initiative along with well-developed people management skills, administration, problem solving and time management abilities, you will undertake the following:

- implementing continuous improvement initiatives to processes and procedures
- ensuring that daily interaction with branch customers is of a high standard
- ensuring all customer quotes and sales transactions are delivered in full and on time to the customer's satisfaction
- develop relationships and work collaboratively with other business functions and branches to support the customer network.
- creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive selling
- coordinating orders and review availability of products, whilst supporting external sales teams and branches.
