Customer Service Executive

Support the News Corp sales team and our stakeholders with your strong customer service executive approach.
**What’s the **role**?**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to enable them to achieve their targets
- Process Bookings and Amendments via our Booking Hub.
- Gain approval for Insertions Orders
- Submitting Digital Creatives
- Manage CRM software - Salesforce opportunity creation and assist the Sales Managers with pipeline management
- Use data sets and internal/external tools to create insights that drive strategy and execution.
- Work with the sales team to build client centric, data lead, effective digital marketing strategies.
- Develop presentations and proposals to support the sales team in winning new client business.
- Put together detailed post campaign reports for clients and specified campaigns to demonstrate ROI
**Who **are** you?**
- Strong (verbal & written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Advanced computer skills will be a key advantage you will be using multiple systems everyday.
- Attitude is everything - can do, positive, collaborative, accountable with a hunger to learn and develop are essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines productively
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be accepting of change
- Ability to work autonomously, within a team both onsite and virtually
- Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Digital marketing experience is preferable but not essential.
- Experience in Salesforce desirable but not mandatory
