Boutique property investment and advisory firm, based in the heart of the CBD, are looking for the expertise of a passionate and professional lending and investment operations specialist.

This role is a part of a wider investment operations team that supports both the origination and investment team with operational and administrative

functions relating to the debt facilities and investments managed by this organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Investment onboarding**, including, KYC and AML verification, coordinating the accurate completion of documentation through the origination phase and the set up of investor information into the system.
- **Capital raising**, which includes process investor capital calls, processing payments and updating the system accordingly.
- **Loan & investment administration**, including the loan drawn down and transaction processing, monitoring interest rate fees and processing payments, and also reconciliation and management of the investment book of records.

To be considered, you will have:

- Experience operating within an investment operations environment ideally working within unstructured products that require a high degree of manual intervention
- Lending operations, private equity or debt operations experience will be highly regarded
- KYC/AML experience, also high regarded
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
