**About the Opportunity**

Due to a promotion within our P&C-Talent Team, we have a vacancy for an exceptional Talent Partner. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on the provision of professional and seamless talent services to the business.

You will be accountable for enabling line managers to recruit the best applicant possible as well as lead their people to ultimately service their members/customers.

You will achieve this by developing and implementing best practice recruitment strategies and processes to enable the organisation to achieve its business goals.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- HR or business-related qualification
- 4+ years of inhouse recruitment experience as well as operational experience
- Consultative approach to decision making
- Genuine passion for Talent and people focused service delivery
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think creatively
- Team player with strong ethos, adhering to agreed behaviours as per RACV values, including active participation in team meetings, completing paperwork within timeframes, and sharing knowledge
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Trustworthy, reliable, strong work ethic
