We are currently looking for a professional Talent Partner to join our team. In this role you will take ownership of a blended portfolio working across our Group of brands and supporting a range of roles from Corporate Services (IT, Finance and Marketing) through to Sales, Operations and our NDIS business. You will utilise your superior stakeholder management skills as you support the business with all facets of the recruitment and hiring process.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the full life-cycle of attraction and recruitment
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment of all internal and external vacancies from briefing to on-boarding processes.
- Consult with hiring managers on interviewing techniques and manage expectations.
- Preparation of offer documentation

**Required attributes**
- Proven experience in conducting end to end recruitment process from advertising to offer, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a complex, fast moving organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
