About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Property Administration Assistant Officer, whose role will be supporting Sunnyfield's Property and Housing Team. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Team.

This is a part time role 3 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day reactive maintenance requests and associated spreadsheets
- Liaising with external contractors to ensure the work required is done quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with associated internal stakeholders and providing monthly maintenance reports
- Managing the scheduled maintenance for all properties via a spreadsheet and external contractors
- Raising Purchase Orders and processing all invoices associated with this work
- Assisting with the annual inspections of properties
- Providing administrative support to Property Operations Manager and the General Manager Property
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably with Property experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work in a small team
- NSW driver's licence
