We are currently seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join our experienced, service focussed, independent agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, a strong understanding of trust accountancy procedures, and a knowledgeable understanding of current property management legislation and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Trust receipting and disbursement processes.
  • Routine inspection processes and reporting.
  • Maintenance - ensuring prompt liaison with designated trades and owners to ensure prompt and viable solutions.
  • Ongoing communication with landlords to ensure that satisfactory outcomes are achieved in a timely fashion.
  • Effective communication and interaction within the management team to ensure that satisfactory service levels are upheld at all times for our landlords, tenants and trades.
  • Rental appraisals & lease renewal negotiation with landlords.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • Current Queensland real estate licence.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Proven experience in property management.
  • Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Console Cloud management program.

  • Full time role (37.5 hours per week).
