Our client is a national telecommunications provider currently seeking a Billing Operations Lead to provide solutions and analysis of existing and new billing processes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience delivering solutions within the billing/ payments space
- Knowledge of billing and audit cash processes
- Exposure to Alteryx, SQL, Oracle or BRM preferred
- Technical experience in Billing operations and systems such as Salesforce and SQL
- UAT Testing experience

Our client is offering an initial 12 month contract with the potential for extensions. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility available.
