Job Expectations

We have an exciting opportunity in Billing and Credit Services, to join our Billing Operations team as a Billing Lead, with a focus on a Systems, Data and Projects portfolio.

A bit about your role

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end billing process and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. This includes wide exposure across Finance, Products and Systems, Engineering and Operations.

A bit about you

You are proficient in data mining, data analysis and generating insights using various BI tools such as SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.

Moreover, you have exceptional problem-solving skills, stakeholder management skills and communications skills so that you can effectively convey billing concepts to the relevant audiences.
