- 255986Our Client, a Broadband network provider, is seeking for a Billing Operations Lead responsible for leading the operational billing for business units including business units utilising Salesforce.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required technical experience in Billing operations and systems such as Salesforce and SQL (ability to read code and config in Salesforce preferred)
- Preferred technical experience in Billing operations and systems such as Oracle Billing system, BRM, workflow tools (i.e., Alteryx, Knime or Lavastorm)
- Knowledge of billing operations including strong stakeholder management and communication skills a must
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail orientated, problem solving skill set
- Problem Solving - upstream systems, co-ordinating with stakeholders (cross-functional)
- UAT Testing experience
- BI Publisher (Metabase) - Developing skills
