We are seeking an experienced
**Front of House Supervisor **for this busy property located in Outback South Australia.

This award-winning property offers accommodation, caravan park, restaurant and shop. Spend your days off taking in the dramatic scenery, amazing outback sunsets and abundant native wildlife.

A supermarket with ATM facilities, petrol station, several hotels & cafes and public conveniences are available at the nearest town.

**Commence: ASAP**

**Package**:

- $65,000-$70,000 per annum
- Typically a five day week (need to be flexible)
- Accommodation $120 per week
- Evening Duty Meal Included
- Own room in shared Two bedroom furnished cottage

**Front of House Supervisor Duties**:

- Manage a small team of front of house staff (2-3)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Brief guests on menu and beverage selections
- Seating guests, taking orders, serving drinks
- Stock control, ordering, stocktakes
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are used
- Cash handling, balancing, reconciling
- Other duties as required

**Other Information Available**:

- Optus mobile coverage with patchy Telstra
- Employers will consider pets
- Must have or be able to attain RP Badge
- Around 15 staff live on site
