At Tennis SA we are passionate about what we do and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow our game from grassroots through to Grand Slams. To help us deliver on these ambitions we are looking for a Front of House Officer to join our team at Tennis SA on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Venues, in this role you will provide efficient coordination of the reception office and general operation support across all operations of The Drive. The Front of House Officer will use exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills to support daily functions of the Operations team and ensure the high standards of presentation and service excellence at Tennis SA and The Drive.

About the role
- In this role you will:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all guests at The Drive and Tennis SA
- Manage a diverse range of responsibilities including coordinating meetings, court bookings, maintenance tasks, and daily operations
- Collaborate closely with the Tennis Australia (TA) Finance Department to oversee venue operations and provide financial administrative support to our Leadership Team

About you
- What you will bring to the role:_
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a client-facing role within venue operations or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in IT, including databases and the Microsoft suite.
- An understanding of sporting industry trends and practices is advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration/sports management is preferred
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
