**Assistant Roadhouse Manager-Outback South Australia**

We have an incredible opportunity available for an experienced
**Assistant Manager **for this busy roadhouse located in Outback South Australia.

You will work for one of the best employers in regional Australia that own and operate several properties in South Australia & the Northern Territory.

**Package**:

- $70,000 Neg Based on Experience
- + 10.5% Super
- Includes 4 Weeks annual leave
- Accommodation & Meals Supplied
- Accommodation is own private room

**Duties**:

- Assist the site managers with the day to day management of the roadhouses in a hands on capacity including bar, accommodation, fuel, housekeeping, restaurant and grounds
- Stock control, stock merchandising, stock takes, stock pricing, stocking shelves
- Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
- General administration, processing of invoices to accounts office
- Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
- Supervision & training of staff
- Adhering to liquor licensing regulations
- Manage the roadhouse on managers days off and during periods of annual leave
- Must have previous remote area experience
- Previous experience with roadhouses or similar
- Must have or be able to obtain a South Australian Liquor Badge & SA RSA
- Have or obtain prior to commencement a National Police Check
- Be willing to make a minimum 12 + month commitment.
