Are you an experienced and passionate hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? Raven Mead Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to oversee individual shift operations across two of our award winning Adelaide venues: My Kingdom for a Horse and A Prayer for the Wild at Heart.

This is a full-time, salaried position where you will be the heart of our service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You will lead and mentor a team, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service for rostered shifts
  • Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, seamless service.
  • Managing daily operations, from seating and reservations to payments and cleanliness.
  • Promptly resolving any guest or team member issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upholding our commitment to operational excellence and company standard.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role where you've successfully led a team through busy periods.
  • A track record of creating exceptional guest experiences and receiving positive feedback.
  • The ability to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Experience or qualifications in coffee and wine are highly regarded.
  • You must be able to work across both of our venues in Adelaide. We are a 7 day business and this role will require availability for at least 2 evening shifts a week that incorporate evening service.
  • You must be badged as a Responsible Person or your experience will allow you to easily apply and acquire an RP badge.
