**Promotional Staff**

**Overview**: We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing **Promotional Staff** to represent our business by handing out flyers and engaging with potential customers in high foot traffic areas. This role offers flexible hours and is perfect for **university students** looking for some extra income while balancing their studies. Your main task will be to effectively communicate our brand’s message, services, and products to attract interest and generate genuine leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in designated high foot traffic areas.
- Set up and manage stalls at various events, shopping centers, or public locations.
- Engage with passersby to provide them with information about our products/services.
- Identify potential customers and answer any questions they may have about our business.
- Collect genuine leads by capturing contact details of interested customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand at all times.
- Report back to the supervisor on daily activities, including the number of leads generated.

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of people and adapt to different environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods while interacting with the public.
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- **Ideal for university students** due to the flexible working hours available.
