As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an engaging and enthusiastic **Host/Promotions professional** to be the face of TAMA — welcoming guests, managing bookings, and supporting our marketing presence through guest interaction and front-of-house hosting.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a confident and highly personable **Host/Promotions team member** to join us.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social, fast-paced environment, and enjoys being front-facing with guests. You’ll work closely with the management and marketing team to create memorable first impressions and support the ongoing growth of our client base.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming and hosting guests at TAMA’s dining and supper club sessions
- Managing guestlists, walk-ins and reservations using **SevenRooms**:

- Creating a warm and polished first impression for all visitors
- Coordinating with the reservations and FOH team to ensure seamless service
- Supporting promotional efforts through conversation and customer interaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A vibrant, social, and outgoing personality with a natural flair for hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Confidence to engage with a high-end clientele
- RSA certification (QLD) required
- Experience with **SevenRooms** preferred but not essential
- Previous hosting, promotional, or front-of-house experience highly regarded
