**The Role in Focus**:
You will identify opportunities through consultation with users of data across schools to enhance and grow through data integration and workflow improvement. This diverse and hands-on role includes both remote and onsite support.

**Your Mission**:

- Provide workarounds to restore user functionality while strategising long-term problem resolution. Develop and deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and change management processes.
- Create training materials and provide verbal training instructions to customers and staff members. Report to our risk committee on various risk profiles of our clients and contribute towards standardising operations and processes to mitigate identified risks.

**What You’ll Bring?**
- **Educational Level & Qualifications**: A degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related discipline. Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals and Azure Data Engineer Associate are highly regarded.
- Specific Skills Required:
✔ **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of APIs and experience using web services for data management and system integrations.
- Proven proficiency in database modelling, management, and development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including advanced SQL DDL/DML and complex query writing.
- Proficiency in creating and managing SSIS packages for data transformation and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or.NET development.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Skilled in creating reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Power BI.
- Strong SharePoint expertise and familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive in sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience in the education sector.
- Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administrative responsibilities.
- Experience designing and managing AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents.
- Knowledge of integrating Power Virtual Agents with tools like Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Teams to streamline business processes.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Front-end development skills using HTML/HTML5, and CSS.
