**Join the team**
We have an exciting opportunity for a curios and savvy fulfilment systems expert to join our team as the Fulfilment Systems Delivery Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Online Fulfilment, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to lead, analyse, identify, develop, and implement the operational tech program.
This role presents a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, understand the fulfilment ecosystem and to build a long-term career.
**What you’ll be doing**- Act as the contact and administrator for stakeholders in relation to the online fulfilment IT systems- Drive initiatives across the entire Technology group to enable the online business to further enhance our customer offering and optimise operational costs- Continuous innovation and improvement of the online fulfilment systems based on best practices (business processes, people knowledge and system enhancements)- Present insights, assist in value validation and document initiatives to determine areas of opportunity and recommend actionable solutions.
**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Proficient in MS Office and SQL- Understanding of Jira, Confluence, Power BI and Mira ideal- Knowledge of technologies (including new and emerging)- Understanding of large-scale WMS, Fulfilment and order orchestration systems- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Understand current and emerging trends in omnichannel fulfilment- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills- A bachelor’s degree with coding ability- Experience in retail sector is advantageous.
