**About the Role**

Based in **BYD’s Melbourne office in Mulgrave**, this role supports our dynamic **Aftersales Team**. On offer is a **Training Coordinator** position, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including booking venues, arranging virtual meetings, and sending calendar invites.
- Maintaining and updating the training calendar to ensure all sessions are communicated effectively to participants and stakeholders.
- Preparing and distributing training materials such as handouts, presentation slides, and attendance sheets.
- Organizing training logistics, including travel arrangements for trainers, ordering supplies, and managing necessary equipment.
- Ensuring training venues (physical or virtual) are properly set up with all required materials and technology.
- Troubleshooting any logístical issues that arise to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.
- Tracking and recording attendance, participation, and completion rates for all training sessions.
- Compiling and analyzing training metrics, including satisfaction scores and learning outcomes, and reporting insights to the relevant teams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related databases.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries from participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
- Sending timely communications such as reminders, follow-ups, and post-training surveys.
- Coordinating with external vendors or facilitators when required.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or event planning is preferred.
- Familiarity with training processes or HR/Learning & Development functions is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
