**YOUR ROLE**

You will drive the change agenda and delivery of key solutions for the Bunzl business units. You will partner with all business areas to optimise the use of employee digital resources, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams usage and governance, Sharepoint, and work closely with Business Analysts to help on rolling out IT projects.

You will influence stakeholders and transform the mindset of employees to ensure a high level of user adoption of digital resources.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist in the determination of current and future business systems requirements, enhancements, and modifications necessary for the on-going success of the Bunzl systems
- Act as a change agent to ensure effective implementation and user adoption, of any system modification and new system implementations
- Enhance knowledge and usage of digital resources
- Liaise and coordinate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of solutions
- Design fit-for-purpose change management plans to ensure targeted uptake of initiatives that maximise employee adoption and align to strategic goals and objectives
- Assess, communicate, and manage change risk throughout the solution lifecycle, escalating significant risks
- Assess business change readiness and roll out interventions if required

Having worked in a Change & Delivery manager role, you will already have strong customer and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong admin capability and computer literacy, high attention to detail, and high-level multi-tasking are also on your check list. You can examine processes, quickly grasp the requirements, challenges, opportunities, and confidently and clearly suggest ways for improvement.

The other essentials we are looking for:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change & Delivery Manager
- Extensive Knowledge of SharePoint, CRM, ProMapp
- Proven CRM implementation and change management
- Proven Digital Workplace continuous improvement
- Ability to turn problems into tangible business solutions
- Engage with customers on the initiation of changes in a controlled manner
- Good understanding of business processes
- Strong organisational skills, a self-starter
