We're thrilled to introduce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as the Pharmacy Services Inventory & Planning Manager. This newly created role is at the forefront of centralising inventory processes across our expanding network of TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacies.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Centralised Ordering team in areas of ordering, data entry, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the business planning team for forecasting, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
- Enhance customer service performance and drive cost savings through effective inventory management.
- Oversee daily operations of the CO team to control stock, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with the Category Management team to identify buying opportunities for the Pharmacy Support Services team.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with CM and key suppliers to understand buying cycles and opportunities.
- Manage ordering processes for Beauty and fragrance categories.
- Utilise planning systems for accurate forecasts and predictions, implementing best practices.
- Maintain optimum stock levels aligned with sales demand to minimize surplus and dead stock.
- Co-ordinate and enhance inventory processes, systems, and procedures.
- Analyse inventory regularly to identify fast and slow-moving stock.
- Implement scheduled, regular, and consistent stock counts.
- Develop and maintain inventory control processes to reduce stock levels and increase turnover.
- Ensure planogram compliance of +90% across a current portfolio of 55 TWC pharmacies.
