About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing product availability in various departments, guaranteeing that all non-fresh products meet the highest standards of presentation, safety, compliance, and inventory control.

About You and Your Skills
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced environments is essential.
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience is necessary as you will be leading team members to achieve sales targets, cost control, and inventory requirements.
  • You must be able to keep things simple and inspire customers by maintaining Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities are required.
  • Customer obsession is key, and you must continually seek to better understand our diverse customer base.
