**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Retail Inventory Manager** to join our dynamic team based at our Wacol, **National Parts Distribution Centre** where you will support the supply chain team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Business Relationship
- Grow and maintain relationships;
- Support Dealer Capability / Sales Teams through tactical inventory holdings;
- Improve existing business processes;
- Support Regional Sales teams and Product Manager in promotional activities.

Inventory
- Manage the replenishment of all stocked items in retail locations;
- Review, report on and maintain system parameters for inventory replenishment ensuring data integrity;
- Manage the redistribution of inventories between locations in accordance with long term inventory plan;
- Manage inventory flow ensuring key performance metrics are met;
- Develop, implement and manage long term inventory obsolescence (product life cycle) plan in accordance with Retail plan;
- Manage the required MPP listings in the ERA system;
- Assist with coordination of vendor returns with purchasing and warehouse teams;
- Manage, maintain and report on all contractual / critical support stock levels in retail inventory;
- Support Wholesale Inventory Manager and Fixed Operations Managers as required for total “in country” parts inventory support;
- Manage and report on dirty core inventory including rejections / discrepancies;
- Oversee and report on stock take functions in retail facilities.

Process and Improvement
- Regular review and analysis of re-order / system generated forecast;
- Creation and submission of inventory purchase orders in accordance with supplier agreements and company policies;
- Maintenance and tracking of all purchase orders from creation to delivery;
- Ensure data integrity including notification of pricing anomalies / changes to the Parts Pricing Supervisor;
- Ensure items are delivered on time to meet operational demands and any discrepancies are resolved with supplier;
- Identify opportunities for savings within existing supplier agreements;
- Assist Regional Sales Teams through inventory support for promotional activities;
- Assist Parts Reporting Analyst with SRM data entry;
- Maintain and grow the relationship with existing suppliers.

**About You**:

- Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent recognised career history experience
- Extensive purchasing experience, within a multi franchise operation preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong commercial and customer focus
- Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite
- Parts product knowledge and familiarity with heavy vehicle industry preferred
