**Position**

The role of **Technical Customer Service Officer** for the Melbourne office has now become available.

The role will see you take on the below responsibilities:

- **Providing excellent customer service to all external customers, as well as internal colleagues.**:

- **Provide base level technical advisory and advice on services provided and equipment specifications.**:

- **Provide quotes on new enquiries.**:

- **Provide regular updates to customers as their jobs go through production, providing timely updates on completion and delivery dates etc.**

The role offers genuine career scope to progress your career in a number of different potential directions within this large national business.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competent computer literacy and prior experience working with any form of CRM program.

It would be an advantage to have any form of technical experience within instrumentation, electrical, measurement, or any type of test equipment.

Having a genuine passion for customer service, high energy and self-motivation are all key traits needed for the position.
