**A day In the Life of a Risk Data Insights Specialist**

Your role will help drive insights to senior leaders and stakeholders from multiple data sources to help drive informed decision-making and how the organisation can most effectively manage risk.

Following a key transformation around how the business managed risk, this role will support, maintain and oversee operational risk reposing across the business ensuring a consistent approach is adopted to operational risk via insights for key decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collate operational risk data for insights and reporting.
- Provide advice on the design of operational risk reporting.
- Promote operational risk practices using data analytics.
- Assist the group operational risk and assurance team by providing data to assist with oversight of the 1st line of defence.

**Desired Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in data, governance, risk management, business, law or relevant.
- Proven experience in data analytics, risk analytics or reporting role.
- Knowledge of how to create valuable reports and insights from various data sources.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data management and tableau, SQL or Cognos.
- Ability to condense complex data points, themes and trends into simple and practical insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presence and articulation when dealing with stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and brings a collaborative approach.
