**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and lending journey
- Nurture and follow up both new and existing customers to progress deals
- Meet monthly KPI’s and sales targets

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (essential)
- Experience in finance or automotive lending (advantage but not required)
- Proven sales and pipeline management experience
- Target-driven, financially motivated, and career-focused
- Fast learner who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine, reliable, down-to-earth personality
