**About the Job**:
This is a full-time position for New Business Development (Sales).

Henning Harders is an independent Australian family-owned company. We combine the benefits of a global logistics player with the personal dedication of a family business. We are excited to offer this opportunity to the right person to join our amazing team as the Western Australia Sales Manager.

.For this role, you must already have the experience to actively represent and sell the complete range of Henning Harders services offerings: International Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Advisory and Contract Logistics Services.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective new business opportunities.
- Achieve new Business Sales targets.
- Maintain continual high levels of activity visiting prospective clients.
- Prepare a quarterly sales plan.
- Maintain up to date sales activity and records.
- Report and analyse business results and targets.
- _ Work_ collaboratively with all members of the team.
