**Nissan is opening a brand new dealership in Bibra Lake **and have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, career focused and hands on **New Vehicle Sales Manager **to join our team

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of new vehicles. The role will involve providing leadership and direction to your new car team and liaising with all departments to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.

**YOU**:

- Entrepreneurial and highly professional at surpassing all set targets
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff
- Lead by example, with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Full WA drivers licence is essential
- Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
- ** Previous experience as a Sales Manager or extensive experience as a Sales Consultant in a dealership environment is essential**
